Ayurveda
is the combination of the Sanskrit words Ayu and
Veda.
Ayu means life and
Veda
means knowledge.
It contains the highly developed
ancient science of medicine and prolongation of life.
In the present age, Ayurveda
is one of the most popular and accepted system of medicine worldwide. Its
holistic approach and herbal formulations are based on bringing back balance
